Shaiya Rivalry – Terms of Service &
Code of Conduct.
These Terms of Service govern player conduct. By accessing or playing on the
server, you agree to comply with all rules listed below.
1. Account Policy
- 1.1 Account Responsibility: Each player is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. The administration assumes no responsibility for accounts compromised due to sharing or negligence.
- 1.2 Account Trading & Real-Money Transactions: Selling, buying, trading, or transferring accounts or in-game assets for real-world currency is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
- 1.3 Naming Policy: Character names, guild names, and any publicly visible identifiers must not contain offensive, vulgar, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
2. Player Conduct
- 2.1 Harassment & Toxicity: Harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or deliberate disruption of gameplay toward other players or staff members is strictly prohibited.
- 2.2 Scamming: Scamming or fraudulent behavior involving in-game items, currency, or services is considered a serious violation and may result in suspension.
- 2.3 Safe Zone & Exploitive Positioning: Abuse of safe zones, guards, terrain, or mechanics to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- 2.4 Cross-Faction Abuse: Creating characters on the opposing faction for the purpose of intelligence gathering, chat monitoring, or competitive disruption is not permitted.
3. Chat & Communication
- 3.1 Language: English is the official language in global and public channels.
- 3.2 Impersonation: Impersonating staff members or other players is strictly forbidden.
- 3.3 Advertising: Advertising other servers, services, or third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
4. Raid & Boss Regulations
- Raid and boss encounters are core competitive elements. All world bosses are considered contested content.
- - Boss ownership is determined by in-game mechanics.
- - The administration does not intervene in competitive disputes between raids or guilds unless rule violations occur.
- - Raid loot settings must be clearly communicated before combat begins. Any undisclosed alteration of loot settings for personal gain constitutes abuse.
5. Exploits, Hacks & Third-Party Software
- 5.1 Modification & Exploitation: Unauthorized client modifications and abuse of unintended mechanics/bugs are strictly forbidden.
- 5.2 Third-Party Software: Use of bots, automation tools, macros, injected software, packet manipulation, or any unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
6. Enforcement
- Sanctions may include Warnings, suspensions, item/currency resets, or permanent account termination. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning. All administrative decisions are final.
